The Rolling Meadows Courthouse is located at 2121 Euclid Avenue, Rolling Meadows, Illinois 60008. The courthouse is located directly across the street from the Arlington Park Race Track. The Rolling Meadows Courthouse is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If you are arrested in Elk Grove Village, and being charged with a felony, you will be taken to Bond Court at the Rolling Meadows Courthouse during weekdays at 1:30 p.m. in Room 108 for a Bond Hearing. Elk Grove Weekend and Holiday Bond Court hearings are held at the Leighton Criminal Courts building at 26th and California in Chicago at 1:30 p.m. in Room 100. For Weekend and Holiday Bond Court at 26th and California, you will be taken to the courthouse by the Elk Grove Police. If you post bond after your Bond Hearing, you will be released from Bond Court at 26th and California. If you do not post bond, you will be taken to Cook County Jail and will be transported to and from Court in Rolling Meadows by the Cook County Sheriff while your case is pending in Rolling Meadows.
All Elk Grove Preliminary Hearings are held in Room 108 of the Rolling Meadows Courthouse throughout the day. All Grand Jury proceedings in Elk Grove criminal cases are held at the Leighton Criminal Courts Building at 26th and California in Chicago.
Elk Grove Village felony cases are heard in Room 109 and 110 at the Rolling Meadows Courthouse. Some serious Elk Grove felony cases are assigned to the Leighton Criminal Courts Building at 26th and California in Chicago.
Elk Grove Village misdemeanor cases are heard throughout various courtrooms on the first and second floor of the Rolling Meadows Courthouse.
